Returns/Cancellations - No cancellation of orders after submittance
- Altered items are not returnable
- NO RETURNS on herbal supplements
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee unless due to our error
- Returns must be authorized by Gro-aut Solutions.
- Returns without prior authorization will be refused.
- Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt with a copy of an authorization letter by an Gro-aut Solutions Staff member.
- Claims for a return or refund must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for credits/returns to be processed.
- Shipping charges apply to re-ship packages returned to us as undeliverable, otherwise a 20% restock fee minus shipping will incur for a refund.
