I am experiencing increased itching to my scalp after use of your products, is this normal? Tingling and itching is a good sign that your hair is growing from the root and some shedding is as well.
I'm experiencing increased shedding with your products, is shedding normal? Unless are you allergic to one of the ingredients, the shedding is just the old hair making room for the new growth. There are three phases in the growth cycle, the anagen (growing phase), catagen ( intermediate phase), and the telogen (shedding phase). The anagen phase last the longest (1000 days or more) while the telogen phase only last 100 days. Because our products rapidly increase new hair growth, you will notice more shedding at first because an old telogen hair is pushed out to make room for the new anagen hair, but because the anagen phase is at least 900 days longer than the telogen phase, eventually, you will end up with longer thicker hair. Shedding can also mean that you are not washing your hair enough. A clean scalp is very important in promoting hair growth. If your hair follicles are blocked from a build up of dirt then the hair can not push through resulting in breakage/shedding. Keeping a clean scalp by washing your hair a minimum of once a week can reduce shedding caused by blocked hair follicles.
How fast can I expect to see hair growth results? For the most part, most customers report seeing results in as little as 1 week. With use of our gro-aut oil, most customers see results within days.
Do I have to use all of your products to receive hair growth? No, however for the best results, following our hair care regime is advised.
On what types of hair can your products be used? Our products can be used on all hair types whether natural or processed.

How soon can I expect to receive my order after placement? Our staff is working deligently to get orders out as quickly as possible. Orders are processed in the order as received and are generally processed within 1-3 business days however please allow are staff up to 5 business days before contacting us on order status. An email notice will be sent when your order is being processed and another when it has shipped. Most U.S. orders arrive to their destination within 3-5 business days after shipment and within 5-10 business days after order placement. International orders usually takes an additional week. Business days are Monday through Friday, excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
I get unecessary rude emails of this sort at times so this is a must! "I placed an order with your company and my card was declined or my order did not go through and is incomplete but you guys still took my money! Send me my products or I will be forced to take legal action!? Calm down now, actually we do not have your money. When a card is declined, the credit card issuer "declines" or denies payment so we never receive it. Your credit card issuer actually has your money and has placed your funds on hold usually because of an address mismatch. When you place an order, your billing address must match the billing address on file with your credit card issuer. If it does not match, the credit card issuer may deny or decline the charge but still hold the funds until they can investigate further to be sure the attempted charge was not fraudulent. Credit card issuers use the address match method to protect you, the customer from someone else using your card while purchasing online. This is a form of identity protection since you are not actually present to show your photo id if you were making a purchase in person. Credit card issuers generally release the hold within 3 business days and this is something I have absolutely no control over. However you do, just make sure your billing address matches the billing address on file with your credit card issuer before submitting your order to prevent this from occurring.
