1. Wash hair twice a week (a minimum of 1x per week), 1st using our Gro-aut Herbal
Shampoo. Rinse thoroughly. (To encourage hair growth with thickness, use our Gro-aut Sulfate Free Shampoo in this step instead.)
2. Then wash hair with our Jojoba Shampoo. Rinse
thoroughly. (This step can be skipped if using the Gro-aut Sulfate Free Shampoo)
3. Afterwards, apply our Jojoba Conditioner with Chamomile and Tea tree oil. Do
not rinse. You may rinse if desired but leave on for at least five minutes before
rinsing. (To encourage hair growth with thickness, use our Gro-aut Herbal Conditioner in this step instead.)
4. Oil scalp with bhringraj hair oil, mahabhringraj oil, and GRO-AUT oil.
5. Then, oil hair, not scalp, with coconut oil paying particular attention to oiling the ends.
6. Gently comb through hair to distribute conditioner and oils from roots to ends.
7. Style as usual.
Additional Hair Growth Regime Secrets and Tips
- Multivitamin with iron daily.
- Gro-Aut Hair Stimulator Vitamins
- Cover hair when sleeping with a bonnet or scarf.
- Trim hair (no more than ¼”) at least every six weeks.
- Bhringraj Herbal Supplements.
- Oil hair as needed (minimum twice weekly) when hair and scalp appears dry.
- Be sure your ends are never dry. Apply coconut oil to your hair and ends as needed to prevent
breakage. This will retain the length received from use of the Gro-aut products.
- May use oils daily however the more often you oil your scalp contributes to the possibility of dirt
build up as oil attracts dirt. Dirt build up on the scalp causes blocked hair follicles which may cause
hair breakage from the scalp. In this case, you may need to wash more often than twice a week.
- Limit your use of heat products to your hair. This includes hair dryers, curling irons and flat irons.
The less often heat is used on your hair the better. Excessive use of heat application to your hair
thins the hair causing an increase in hair breakage.
REMEMBER......your hair is always growing but you must retain the length to see it. Gro-aut products with use of our regime simply speeds up your hair growth rate and helps you to retain the growth received so that you and others can actually see the magnificant results!
