An overview of the difference in payment options available:

1. Credit Card

   - With this option, your payment information (credit card details) is entered on our webstore page. Credit card transactions are processed through our merchant acount at  Authorize.net. For more information regarding their service and security, visit www.authorize.net.

2. Check,  Money Order, or Western Union

   - With this option, you must mail your payment in payable to: Gro-aut Solutions.  Our payment address is located on our contact page as well as our printable order form. Orders paid by check are not shipped until check clearance with our bank ( 10 business days). This option is available to U.S. and international customers. All funds paid must be in USD. To order by mail, click here. To order by Western Union, please checkout at our other webstore at: www.groaut.com.

3. Paypal

   - With this option, your payment information (credit card details) is entered on Paypal's website. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to Paypal to enter your billing information. Your order wil remain incomplete until your billing information is successfully submtted on Paypal's payment page. If you do not complete the billing information on the Paypal payment page after confirming your order on our webstore, your order status will remain "Paypal Incomplete" for approximately 24-48 hours. If your order is not completed within the specified time frame, then your order will be deleted from our database.

- International customers often have an easier checkout experience with Paypal.

How to Order

1. Add your desired items to your cart.

2. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button located to the right just under your cart. This will take you to the log in page if you are not already logged in.

3. Sign in to your account. If you have not yet registered, you must create an account at this time. Be sure that when you register, that you enter all details in correctly particularly your email address as this will be your log in name.

4. After signing in, you will be directed to our "checkout shipping" page. This page gives detail of your delivery/shipping information. If your shipping address is correct then you can click "continue" if not then you have the option to edit this information.

5. After clicking continue on the shipping page, you will be directed to our "checkout payment" page. This is the page where you make your payment selection.

             There are 2 selections to choose from.

      ----- The 1st selection is "Credit Card".  

      ----- The 2nd selection is "Paypal".

If you are entering your credit card details on our webstore page, then you must select the 1st payment option (Credit Card) to successfully complete your order.

On this page, you can also redeem any coupon or gift codes you may have. After making your payment selection, click continue.

6. After clicking continue on the payment page, you will be taken to our "order confirmation" page. Click on the "confirm order" button to confirm your order.

     -----IF you selected the Credit Card Payment option, your order will be complete.

     ----IF you selected the Paypal selection, you must enter your payment/credit card details on Paypal's site to complete your order.
