I know everyone is anxious to receive their order and we are working diligently to answer emails and process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days (95% same day if received by 10am EST) however please be courteous to other customers by allowing up to 5 days for order processing before contacting us (excludes weekends and holidays). We thank you in advance for your cooperation in helping us to get orders out as quickly as possible. You can always check on the status of your order by logging in to your account. To log in to your account, click the "My Account" link to log in. There are several different order statuses described below. 1. Order Received: This means your order has been successfully received or submitted to us. Orders in this stage has been received and has not been shipped. Orders are generally in this stage for 1 to 2 business days but may remain in this stage for up to 5 business days depending on stock availability. If you are not sure if your order went through you can: a.) Log in to your account to view your order in your order history. If you do not see your order in your order history, then your order did not go through. b.) Check your email. If you provided a valid email when registering, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder if your order confirmation is not in your inbox. Allow at least 2 hours for your order confirmation to reach your email. During business hours, 95% of orders ship same day if received by 10am EST, otherwise our shipping schedule is as below. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. On occasion, there may be an additional day or so required for shipment but this is rare. Should your ship day fall on a holiday, you order will ship our next business day. Processing: This means your order is being processed. Processed means your order is being packaged for shipping. 3. Shipped: This means your order has been packaged and labeled for shipping with a tracking number. Packages with the "shipped" status are generally received by a USPS carrier same day or dropped off at a shipping location within 12 hours depending on the time of day the order was processed for shipping. U.S. customers: Allow up to 7 days after shipment for your order to arrive before contacting us for order status. International customers: Allow up to 3 weeks after shipment for your order to arrive before contacting us for order status. 4. On HOLD: This means that for some reason, we were unable to ship your package. When we attempt to ship a package, the USPS address verification system verifies that the address provided is valid. On occasion, the verification system will prompt an error message when there seems to be something either missing or incorrect with the address. In most cases, it is simply the apartment or suite number that is missing. Please be sure to submit all orders with your complete address to avoid a delay in shipment. Afterall, you wouldn't want your order delivered to 123 Elm street, if you live at 123 Elm St Apt G because it is a possiblity that you may never receive it if it is delivered to 123 Elm St and left anywhere for neighbors in Apt A, B, C, D, E, F, etc. to receive it! 5. Paypal Incomplete: This means your order was not sucessfully completed. The status of your order is incomplete. The contents of your cart has been saved until you return and log in to complete checkout. Your payment selection was Paypal. With this selection, you must enter your billing information (credit card or electronic check) at paypal's site to complete your order. This portion of your order has not been completed and must be done before your order will ship. 6. Check/Money Order: This means your order was submitted with the agreement to pay by check or money order by mail and payment receipt is pending. Orders do not ship until after receipt of payment. 7. Check Received: This means your payment by check has been received. A 10 day hold applies to all orders paid by check for check clearance with our bank which averages out to be 14 days since non business days are excluded (Saturday and Sunday). For example, if your payment by check is received on June 1, your check clearance date is June 15. Orders paid by check does not ship until after check clearance. Normal processing times of 1 to 5 business days apply after check clearance. 8. Money Order Received: This means your payment by money order has been received. Orders paid by money order generally ships within 1 to 3 days after receipt of payment but may remain in this stage for up to 5 business days. 9. Western Union Received: This means your payment by Western Union has been received. Orders paid by western union generally ship within 1 to 3 days after receipt of payment but may remain in this stage for up to 5 business days.
