Due to at least 5 increases in shipping cost since the launch of our webstore just two years ago, as of 11/08/09, shipping rates are being adjusted to reflect rising cost. Shipping will remain FREE within the U.S. for orders $75 or more and all other rates will remain at a minimum as we will continue to pay a portion of the cost to keep prices low. Returns/Cancellations
- No cancellation of orders after submittance
- Altered items are not returnable
- NO RETURNS on herbal supplements
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee unless due to our error
- Returns must be authorized by AUT Merchandise Store.
- Returns without prior authorization will be refused.
- Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt with a copy of an authorization letter by an Gro-aut Solutions Staff member.
- Claims for a return or refund must be made within 5 days of receipt.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for credits/returns to be processed.
- Shipping charges apply to re-ship packages returned to us as undeliverable, otherwise a 20% restock fee minus shipping will incur for a refund.

We occasionally receive packages returned to us in most cases due to an incorrect address provided by the customer when ordering. Shipping charges apply to re-ship packages returned to us as undeliverable. Please use the buy now option below if your package has been returned to us and you would like us to re-ship it to you.
