- SAME DAY shipping on 95% of orders received by 10am eastern time. (Excludes Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Holidays, International, APO/FPO packages, out-of-stock items). Items are instock 99.9%. On rare occasions, like most other stores, we may run low or out of stock. Out of stock items are restocked generally within 2 days.
- Due to special forms required to ship international and military packages, same day shipping exlcludes international and APO/FPO packages. International and military packages generally ship within 1 to 2 days.
- Our goal is to ship orders same day when received by 10am EST. Depending on order volume received order processing for all orders may take 1 to 2 working days during high order volume. Please allow up to 5 business days before contacting us on order status.
- Your order status will be updated when your order has shipped and an email notification regarding order status change will be sent at that time.
- Orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the package weight.
- U.S. orders generally arrive to their destination within 2 -3 business days after shipment. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
- International orders generally arrive to their destination within 6-14 business days after shipment. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
- We are closed/reserve the following holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday - Orders do not ship on these days.
IMPORTANT We use the USPS address verification system to verify that an address is correct prior to shipment. If an error message is received when attempting to ship an order (usually due to the omission of an apartment or suite number), then we will make an attempt to contact you, your order will not ship and will be placed on hold until your address can be verified. To avoid delays in the arrival of your package, please be sure your address is entered completely and correctly prior to submitting your order. - International orders generally arrive to their destination within 6-14 business days after shipment however depending on your shipping location, this may vary.
- Depending on circumstances beyond our control, some international package may take up to 6 weeks to arrive due to custom clearance, etc.
- Payments by check or money order must be paid in U.S. funds. We suggest sending an international money order.
- Please be aware that the shipping charges applied to your order does not include any custom fees, duties, or taxes.
- Any additional customs fees that may or may not be applied to your order are done so at the discretion of your local customs department. Please contact them with any specific concerns.
International packages are only trackable outside of the U.S. when mailed Priority or Express Mail; therefore, the drastic increase in shipping cost for international orders $40 or more reflects the postage cost for mailing with tracking capabilities outside of the U.S. This change was a must since we had no way to track packages outside of the U.S. resulting in thousands of dollars in losses when customers claimed not to receive their order. Our only other option would be to no longer accept orders from customers outside of the U.S., this of course would be our last option. We do hope that these changes will help resolve the issue.
