Due to at least 5 increases in shipping cost since the launch of our webstore just two years ago, as of 11/08/09, shipping rates are being adjusted to reflect rising cost. Shipping will remain FREE within the U.S. for orders $75 or more and all other rates will remain at a minimum as we will continue to pay a portion of the cost to keep prices low. - Our goal is to process & ship orders within 24 to 72 business hours. Please allow our staff up to 5 business days before contacting us on order status.

- Orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the package weight.
- U.S. orders generally arrive to their destination within 2 -3 business days after shipment. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
- International orders generally arrive to their destination within 6-14 business days after shipment. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
- Insured shipping is included in U.S. purchases of $75 or more and International purchases of $100 or more.
IMPORTANT
1. Shipping insurance is optional but encouraged. Insurance of a package is important as it protects against loss or damage. A package goes through many hands before it reaches its final destination and we as adults know that mistakes do happen. It is the customers responsibilty to insure their package when not already included. Again, insurance is optional at checkout but encouraged. The loss or damage of a package is a very unfortunate circumstance however we have no control over what happens to a package once it leaves our office which is why we offer insurance. Customers who opts out of insuring their package is accepting the responsibilty of the possibilty of loss or damage however should this occur and the customer still expect us to accept the responsibilty by either issuing a refund or to reship merchandise due to the damage or loss of an uninsured package during transit, we reserve the right to refuse any future orders from that customer and/or require the purchase of insurance for all future orders at our discretion.
2. We use the USPS address verification system to verify that an address is correct prior to shipment. If an error message is received when attempting to ship an order (usually due to the omission of an apartment or suite number), then we will make an attempt to contact you, your order will not ship and will be placed on hold until your address can be verified. To avoid delays in the arrival of your package, please be sure your address is entered completely and correctly prior to submitting your order.
